kimchi

thanks to kitchen wench for the recipe!
i made the sauce while i was soaking the cabbage with salt
(i must have put so much salt on the cabbage)
i rinsed it well anyways so no worries
the only thing i did not do as advised by kitchen wench is to use the blender.
i did the labor of love
- manual blending and artsy cutting of ingredients rock!

and...the end-result?
kimchi sauce
cabbage soaked in salt
now safe in my ref! :)
have a wonderful hotta hottie 27th monthsary, babylove ko!

-kimchi lady :)

oh for those who's buying, each bottle is worth a hundred pesos! :)
